Some Wild Light on the Allium

Another shot from August. Kind of messy, but a great bumble. One of the things I like most about the allium is that when it stops blooming, the skeletons of the bloom ball persist until winter (or you deadhead them). So they make nice orb shapes in the garden as other things continue to bloom. (And they seed, too, which is neat.)
