This one Fell from the Dandelion

Similar looking bees – same temperature, light, etc., and some are as wild and fast and spastic as hummingbirds – while others are logy and even slower than the most sluggish bumbles. Not sure why that is. This little one fell off a dandelion into the lawn and wasn’t in much of a hurry to get going again. But I got a good look at her and it’s an interesting shot. She ended up climbing up a blade and taking flight and started feeding again. But even then, a slow mover. I do like different looks, though, and a not-on-a-blossom bee is a neat one for today. The layering of the grass with her and her parts is neat, too.
