This is a volunteer penstemmon – and that means that it’s a BeeBaby! This shot was really a lucky catch. That bee is just about the size of an average ant – and that means there’s not much at all to focus on. And getting any part of it focused is just dumb luck. But it’s neat to see such small ones. Seems to be a mission lately.
