I’ve never gotten a shot so early on the strawberries. Usually happens later in the summer. But I’m not complaining. Good feeling shooting there on the strawberries. And she’s so filthy!
An angle I don’t often post. But I liked the shot. And the color of these particular blossoms seems to compliment the bees so well. Wish they stayed on them longer. Normally, it’s hit-and-go.
Strawberries as ground cover on the edges of a garden – works pretty well. But they sure like to wander around and take up space. Think I shot this one with a monopod. The flower is a little chewed up (compliments of the ubiquitous grasshoppers), but in the afternoon, the bees seem to love the strawberry blossoms.
